Coordinated production in Portugal and personally checked quality before dispatch. Returned defective items to the factory, secured a full refund for those items and arranged shipping to the international client.
Result
The client had production, quality control, defect resolution and international shipping coordinated through one contact. The €9 unit price and 10-piece minimum relate to this project; future quotes depend on the specification.
